OPRAH WINFREY Oprah has been an inspiration to me and to millions of people across America.  From her book club, interviews, roadtrips and her famous "My Favorite Things" show where everyone in the audience is given thousands of dollars of merchandise, Oprah has been a front runner in daytime television for the last 25 years.  I believe Oprah came up with the saying "Pay it Forward" where you give help to someone for no reason other than hoping that person will pay it forward also.  Oprah has come up with such simple ideas that make you think to yourself why didn't I think of that. Mantises are an order (Mantodea) of insects that contains over 2,400 species and about 430 genera in 15 families. The largest family is the Mantidae ("mantids"). Mantises have stereo vision.They locate their prey by sight; their compound eyes contain up to 10,000 ommatidia. A small area at the front called the fovea has greater visual acuity than the rest of the eye, and can produce the high resolution necessary to examine potential prey. The mating season in temperate climates typically takes place in autumn, while in tropical areas, mating can occur at any time of the year . To mate following courtship, the male usually leaps onto the female's back, clasping her thorax and wing bases with his forelegs.
